  • Define the product strategy and roadmap
  • Orchestrate integrated digital customer journey’s spanning from pre-purchase, post-purchase through
  • product benefit utilisation and also enabling cross-sell/upsell of relevant products and services.
  • Deliver MRDs (Market Requirement Document) and PRDs (Planning, search and development) with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
  • Establish robust feedback mechanisms, run customer studies and survey’s, analyse data to understand gaps and provide a better consumer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UI, customer service, content, marketing, analytics and technology to drive and execute projects.
  • Establish and drive the implementation of a customer lifecycle marketing model.
    Develop tolls and manage reporting to measure and forecast churn, activation, retention, and subscription conversion performance.
  • Develop operation processes for smooth delivery of various product features.
  • Be an expert with respect to the competition
  • Act as a leader within the company


  • MBA or Post Graduate Degree
  • 4-6 years of experience in customer retention and engagement in B2C product categories
  • Experience/training of defining and launching tech products
  • Preferably with an Engineering background
  • Experienced in creating customer-facing experiences and programs.
  • Familiarity with requisite analytics tools and reporting tools
  • Solid background in strategy for traditional and digital media channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
